Delivery and Payment

We offer the following payment forms:

Bank transfer to mBank SA account: PL86 1140 2004 0000 3102 7926 4385 (please include the order number in the transfer title)
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Online payments (PayU, Przelewy24, BLIK)
[optionally] Cash on delivery in cash or by card with the courier or at a parcel locker (if available for the given order)

All prices and settlements are conducted in PLN currency.

We do not charge any hidden fees – all costs are visible before placing an order.

Delivery cost depends on the selected shipping method and carrier

Full cost information is displayed in the cart before order confirmation

Available delivery forms:

Order processing time is 3-14 business days from the moment of payment confirmation or order confirmation (in case of cash on delivery)
Delivery time (transport) depends on the carrier and is usually:
- 1-2 business days in Poland
- longer for international shipments (exact time provided when placing the order)
For custom-made products, processing time may be longer – customer informed individually by email

We ship within the European Union.

Delivery costs and time are determined individually depending on the recipient's country

Clicking the "Buy and Pay" button means:

In case of inability to fulfill the order within the expected timeframe, we will contact the customer to arrange a new deadline or modify the order.
If the customer chooses bank transfer payment, the order is processed after the payment is credited to our account.
