Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (return of goods)
- A Client who is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights (a natural person conducting business who makes a purchase not directly related to their professional activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods — without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send us an unambiguous statement (e.g., an email to kontakt@klavo.studio) or complete the return form.

2. Return conditions
- The returned goods should be intact, complete, and without signs of use (other than ordinary checking of the product).
- The Client is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- The goods must be sent back within a maximum of 14 days from sending the withdrawal statement.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Client.
- The refund (including delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest option offered by us) will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch — whichever occurs first.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to individual order or tailored to the Client’s specifications,
- products which, after delivery, due to their nature become inseparably connected with other items.
4. Complaints (statutory warranty)

If the goods are defective, the Client has the right to file a complaint under the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the statutory warranty.

Please include in the complaint:
- the Client’s contact details,
- the order number or proof of purchase,
- a description of the defect and the date it was discovered,
- the preferred solution (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
5. Complaint handling time
- We process complaints within 14 calendar days from the day they are received.
- If the complaint is accepted, the cost of delivery of the new/repaired goods is covered by the Seller.
- If the complaint is rejected, we will provide a written justification.
6. Guarantee
- If the product is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, the detailed terms of the guarantee are provided in the guarantee card included with the product.
- Using the guarantee does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Client’s rights arising from the statutory warranty.
