These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.
The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order means acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Orders can be placed 24/7 through the form on the store website.
The Customer is obliged to provide true data necessary for order fulfillment.
After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation to their email address.

Available payment methods, costs and delivery methods, as well as order processing time are described in detail in the Delivery and Payment section.
All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

The rules for withdrawal from the contract, returns and complaints are described in detail in the Returns and Complaints section.

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available in the Privacy Policy section.

The store uses cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Cookie Policy available in the Cookie Policy section.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law applies.
The Customer has the possibility to use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims (ADR/ODR), including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 12.08.2025 and are available on the store website.
